After growing an abundance of habaneros, I looked for something to make to use them. This Apricot Habanero Jelly was a hit! It isn’t only a great jelly for a spread, but you can top cream cheese for an appetizer, add to wine for a fish or shrimp sauce, and other sweet & spicy dishes!
