Sheri’s Pepper Jelly cares about your customer experience and we hope that you become a regular customer! We want you to have a great customer experience. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. As a part of ensuring your satisfaction, Sheri’s Pepper Jelly cares about your delivery experience too.
To be eligible for a return, you must email me with a picture of your product and your complaint. Since perishable goods cannot be returned, we can make suitable arrangements for refund, in approved cases. Sheri’s Pepper Jelly cares about your delivery experience, and we strive to handle these scenarios efficiently.
To complete your return, we require the email to include your order information and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to Sheri’s Pepper Jelly. The product will not be accepted, since it is a perishable item. Sheri’s Pepper Jelly cares about your delivery experience and will assist with your concerns without unnecessary returns.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If some or all product is opened within three months of purchase and is no longer good (pictures and receipt required).
- Some of the products are broken in shipment (Pictures and receipt required).

Receipt of your request
Again, we care about your customer experience, and we work to process these concerns quickly. Once your request is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your request, and will also reply within 2 business days of approval or rejection of your refund. Remember, Sheri’s Pepper Jelly cares about your delivery experience from start to finish.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Checking for your refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacement product
Sheri’s Pepper Jelly cares about your customer experience! We appreciate your business and want you to be happy and have a great customer experience with your Sheri’s Pepper Jelly! However, we sometimes have specials on product that will have a slightly shorter shelf life. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@sherispepperjelly.com and follow the steps above.
